The policy for improving corporate culture is intended to develop the Company’s professed values and ensure their adoption by all employees. One of the top responsibilities for managers at all levels of the organization is to increase employee commitment to corporate values, professions, and work groups. Kaz Vortex Gas’ Corporate Culture Code embodies the essential norms and rules of business ethics and staff behavior, and adhering to it strengthens the company’s reputation.

Kaz Vortex Gas’ Personnel Management Policy is intended to foster a healthy work environment for all generations of employees. The Company’s connections with its employees are built on preserving and expanding the best traditions, as well as assuring generational continuity.

The organization places a significant importance on creating a productive psychological environment and enabling each employee to attain their maximum potential. In 2023, a new edition of the Code of Business and Corporate Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the Code) was implemented, designed in accordance with best international practices.

The Code is one of the most important tools for business culture. The Code’s corporate values and reference points require each employee to actively participate and take initiative. Employees who follow the unified principles and standards of behavior help to build a dependable and high-performing professional team based on shared values, cultural behavior, and traditions, as well as to maintain mutual understanding at the appropriate level both within the Company and in its relationships with business partners and clients.

The Kaz Vortex Gas Council for Business Ethics is a consultative body that assists structural divisions in resolving issues related to the application and compliance of Code provisions, makes decisions and designs recommendations for Company employees and officials on business ethics and compliance issues, and ensures that controls meet Code requirements.

Every Company employee is expected to strictly adhere to legislative, ethical, and professional norms and standards that are in conformity with the needs of the government, market, and society, and which serve as the foundation for the term “compliance”. The Company is committed to not tolerate corruption in any form or manifestation in the conduct of operations, investments, and other activities. The Company regards all forms of corporate fraud as reprehensible, regardless of the amount of harm caused.

The organization has a security hotline, and employees receive compliance training. According to the compliance principles, an informational corporation is responsible for combating corruption and implementing a zero-tolerance policy toward any indicators of fraud among its management and employees. The Company’s internal information versions contain details on measures to combat corporate fraud and misconduct.
