Kaz Vortex Gas has continually been one of the region’s fastest-growing companies. At the moment, the Company’s primary goal is to finish the project for modernizing the hydrocarbon processing complex, which will increase processing capacity to 800 thousand tons per year. This project is now in the process of producing project documentation, with future permits and commissioning set for 2024, as well as work on equipment selection for processing, storage, and transportation of refined goods in compliance with the aforementioned project.

With the completion of the third phase of the project “Raw Hydrocarbon Processing Complex” and the construction of the facility “Modernization of the Raw Hydrocarbon Processing Complex,” the number of employees will increase from 200 to 500, with participation from the local population, including Almaty. The company has launched a training and retraining program. Personnel qualifications are currently being enhanced on all levels. Negotiations are ongoing to share experience with large corporations. The Company set aside funds for these purposes on a yearly basis.

The Company’s development does not end with the internal implementation of projects. For example, in May 2023, the Almaty region and the Company signed a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation, which assisted in obtaining a 5-hectare land plot for the “Construction and operation of a technological complex for hydrotreating and hydrodepar affinization of the diesel fraction and catalytic reforming” in order to obtain high-quality light oil products.

Every year, Kaz Vortex Gas contributes to socially significant projects in Aktau City. Since its inception, the company has provided both material and financial assistance to those in need. Our volunteers are willing to provide a helping hand, investing time, money, and resources to help others and make their lives better by doing good.

In Almaty, work to install lighted license plates on residential structures will begin in 2023, with the Company’s sponsorship, as part of the country’s second anniversary of independence celebration. The first lights were successfully put in the 30th microdistrict and 30th home. The work may also be observed on residential buildings along the coast in the 15th microdistrict, which ranges from 37 houses to the fourth microdistrict.

In early 2022, our business decided to assist the Church of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Mother of God, particularly with the reconstruction of the main Temple and Altar. We worked independently to renovate the Temple’s interior and prepare it for art painting. Given the facility’s societal importance, all standards and requirements were evaluated and followed. The complex of works included obtaining an expert opinion on the building’s supporting structures, so we dismantled the floor covering, replaced it with high-quality porcelain stoneware, cleaned the walls of old layers of plaster, and completed the installation of the Temple’s new electrical systems.
